• Delivery Window: Your package will arrive within 1 day even on weekends and holidays.
• High-Volume Notice: If we ever experience an unexpected surge in orders, delivery might take a little longer but never beyond our 1-day promise. Should any delay arise, we’ll reach out to you by email or phone right away.

•  For deliveries, a flat rate of KSh 350 applies, with same-day delivery for Nairobi for orders placed before 6 PM. 
• Heading outside Nairobi? No problem! We partner with top couriers like G4S and Wells Fargo to reach every corner of Kenya ensuring your package arrives safely and on time.
